Frank Potter

Practice Manager

Frank Potter joined PCN in 2010 to serve as Practice Manager. In this role, he is responsible for delivering against an End User and Customer Satisfaction Survey contract. Additionally, he supports business development efforts for PCN’s managed services and for PCN’s ITIQ opportunities with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Frank has a Masters in Information Studies from the University of Michigan, where he studied issues surrounding information management, leadership, ethics, advanced technologies and economics. He also received a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of Michigan, studying human motivation, behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Prior to joining PCN, he excelled in new business development and high customer delivery satisfaction for multiple state government accounts and large outsourcing contracts with Unisys Corporation and CIBER, Inc.

Frank has served as a member of the Palmyra Public Library Board and as a volunteer for the Palmyra Parks and Recreation Department as well. He is the father of four young children and enjoys coaching their baseball, basketball and soccer teams. Frank and his wife Brenda are both Michigan natives who relocated their family to the central Pennsylvania area in 2002.
