PCN welcomes Nichole Burdumy as Technical Account/Customer Relations Manager

Nichole Burdumy has joined PCN as a Technical Account/Customer Relations Manager in the Technical Services Department. She contributes to PCN’s efforts to streamline Technical Services processes, establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers, and launch new service offerings to new and existing customers.
Nichole joins us from General Electric where for the past 11 years she progressed through a variety of IT support and technical roles. Her extensive experience spans contract, vendor and project management with ultimate advancement to a technical leadership and relationship management role. In this capacity, she eared a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Management Certification. Nichole has a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. In her spare time she in an avid bike rider and cultivates an interest in horticulture.
