PCN Awarded 2.5-Year Amtrak eTicketing Contract

PCN announced that it has been awarded a 2.5-year contract with Amtrak to provide eTicketing Project Management and Business Analysis services. PCN has successfully partnered with Amtrak on this strategic capital program since 2007. The eTicketing program will fundamentally transform Amtrak’s reservation and ticketing business model to enable more cost-effective and streamlined business processes around Amtrak’s ticket sales, ticket deliveries, ticket collection and accounting. PCN will deliver services in the areas of program/project, requirements, financial, documentation, process and quality management.
