PCN Awarded 7-Year Satisfaction Survey and Dashboard Reporting Contract

PCN announced that it has been awarded a 7-year contract to provide monthly end-user surveys and quarterly customer satisfaction surveys with respect to help desk services that will be provided to support a State government customer. The objective of the service is to gather performance feedback and provide a dashboard to the customer which can be used to improve services to its user base and manage costs. PCN will design, pilot, and administer monthly and quarterly surveys in combination with one-on-one interviews with targeted users. This approach combines the administrative ease, respondent convenience, and quantitative results of automated electronic surveys with the high value insight and qualitative experiential results best achieved by a direct interview.
