PCN Awarded Pennsylvania ITQ Contract

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania recently awarded PCN a contract for Master IT Services under Pennsylvania’s Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) program. This contract pre-qualifies PCN to work on technology projects for state and local agencies across the Commonwealth.
