PCN welcomes Frank Potter

Frank Potter has joined PCN to lead its IT Outsourcing Customer Survey and End User Satisfaction Survey Practice. He will lead PCN’s efforts as a partner for a large telecommunications contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Frank will also assist in new business development along several PCN lines of business.
Frank comes to PCN from CIBER, Inc., where he was an account executive in their state and local government practice. Prior to that, Frank was an executive with Unisys on a large data center outsourcing project in Pennsylvania. He brings more than 20 years of IT management and executive experience to PCN, with a strong background in public and private sector IT partnerships.
